02

Battery or charging fault?

If the phone charges only at an angle, disconnects when moved or will not recognise a cable, the port or cable may be the cause. If it charges normally but drains quickly or shuts down under load, battery wear is more likely. Diagnosis helps avoid replacing the wrong part.

03

Swollen battery safety

Do not press a lifted screen back down

A swollen battery can push the screen or back cover outward. Stop charging the device, avoid puncturing it and bring it in for assessment.

Many standard battery replacements can be completed within one to two hours when the correct part is in stock. More complex cases take longer.

FAQ
