Clear advice before work begins
When the fault is known, we can normally explain the repair price before work starts. If the cause is uncertain, diagnosis may be needed first.
Our official policy is No Fix No Fee. The confirmed exception is liquid-damage cleaning: this may be chargeable even when the device cannot be repaired. We explain that charge before any cleaning begins. Read the repair terms ↗
When the required part is in stock. More complex repairs may take longer, and some devices are best dropped off in the morning for later collection.

Screen choices explained honestly
For some iPhone repairs, different display levels may be available: Incell LCD, Soft OLED, or a genuine Apple display when requested and available. Incell can be a lower-cost option; Soft OLED more closely matches the flexible OLED construction used on many recent models; genuine Apple displays are original parts and may cost more.
We will not describe an aftermarket display as genuine. Ask what is available for your exact model before deciding.
