01
Phones we consider
We commonly assess Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei, Motorola, Xiaomi, OnePlus and Oppo phones. We cannot guarantee an offer; acceptance and value always depend on the individual device and physical inspection.
02
Data, reset and account locks
Preferably, back up anything you want to keep, reset the phone and prepare to remove Find My, Apple ID, Google account/device protection and any passcode before you visit. If appropriate, the shop can help with the reset or lock-removal steps.
We can inspect and value the phone first. Ownership or account locks and the device passcode may need to be resolved before a purchase can be completed. Never send passwords, passcodes or security codes through this website.
03
ID and payment
You do not need identification to receive a valuation. If you accept the valuation, photo ID is required before the sale is completed. Payment is made immediately after agreement and may be cash or bank transfer depending on the circumstances; a particular payment method is not guaranteed.

Questions people ask
What kinds of phones do you buy?
We consider working, cracked, damaged, faulty, non-working, water-damaged and unwanted phones. Every device is assessed individually.
Can I sell a broken or non-working phone?
Yes. Bring it in for inspection, but an offer and its value are not guaranteed.
Can I sell a water-damaged phone?
We can inspect it. Corrosion and other damage affect whether we can buy it and its value.
Do you give online valuations?
No. There is no online valuation or quote tool; the phone must be physically inspected.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome. Calling first can help if you are making a special trip.
Do I need ID for a valuation?
No. Identification is not needed simply to inspect or value the phone.
When is ID required?
Photo ID is required only if you accept the valuation, before the sale is completed.
Should I back up and reset the phone?
Preferably, back up and reset it before visiting. A reset is not required for the valuation, and the shop can help where appropriate.
Can you value the phone before I erase it?
Yes. The valuation can happen first; erasing the device is not required to receive a quote.
What about Find My, Apple ID or Google locks?
These and other ownership or device-protection locks may need to be removed before a purchase can be completed.
Should I send my password or passcode?
No. Never send passwords, passcodes or security codes through this website or ordinary messages.
Do I need the box or charger?
No. Bring them if available because they may be useful, but they are not required for a valuation.
How and when will I be paid?
Payment is immediate after the valuation is accepted and the sale is agreed. It may be cash or bank transfer depending on the circumstances; no method is guaranteed.
Is an offer guaranteed?
No. Whether we make an offer and its amount depend on physical inspection, condition, locks, model, storage and current circumstances.
