Diagnosis before parts
A phone that will not charge may have debris in the port, a damaged connector, a battery fault or a power-management issue. A blank display may still leave the phone running underneath. We check the symptoms rather than assuming the first visible problem is the only one.

Timing and warranty
Part availability varies by Pixel model. We confirm availability and likely timing before you commit. Qualifying repairs include a six month warranty, excluding new physical damage, liquid damage and later work by another repairer.

A normal part replacement may not require data erasure, but you should back up whenever possible because no repair can guarantee data.
