01

Common iPhone faults

Display & touch

Cracked glass, black areas, coloured lines, flicker, dead touch and ghost touch.

Battery & power

Rapid drain, unexpected shutdowns, heat, swelling and charging problems.

Other hardware

Cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, back glass and selected Face ID-related faults.

02

Display options for different needs

Depending on model and availability, options may include Incell LCD, Soft OLED and genuine Apple displays. The right choice depends on the phone, budget and the display experience you want. We explain the part type before the repair—aftermarket parts are not represented as genuine.

03

Repair time, data and water resistance

Many common repairs can be completed within one to two hours when the part is in stock. Complex faults take longer. A routine display or battery repair normally does not require your data to be erased, but you should back up first whenever possible.

Water resistance

Opening a phone can affect its original factory seal. We do not promise that a repaired device retains its original water-resistance rating.

Liquid-damage cleaning exception

No Fix No Fee applies, except that liquid-damage cleaning may be chargeable even if the device cannot be repaired. We explain the charge before cleaning begins.
