02

Slow laptop or failing drive?

A laptop that takes minutes to start, freezes during updates or constantly reaches 100% disk usage may benefit from an SSD upgrade—but software problems, low memory or a failing drive should be checked first. We can explain whether repair or upgrade makes economic sense.

03

Overheating and shutdowns

Dust, blocked airflow, fan faults, dried thermal material and board problems can all contribute to heat. Repeated thermal shutdowns should not be ignored because they can affect storage and other components.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do you repair laptop charging sockets?

Yes. We assess charging ports and DC jacks as well as adapters, batteries and board-level power faults.

Can you make an old laptop faster?

SSD and RAM upgrades can make a significant difference where the rest of the laptop is sound. We check compatibility first.

Do you need my password?

Some software diagnostics need account access. We only ask when necessary and recommend backing up sensitive data first.
