04
No Fix No Fee and liquid damage
Our official policy is No Fix No Fee. The only confirmed exception is liquid-damage cleaning, which may be chargeable even if the device cannot be repaired. We explain the charge before any cleaning begins.
This exception is a service charge for agreed cleaning work; it does not turn an unsuccessful repair into a qualifying six-month warranty claim.
05
Repair cover is separate from refurbished-phone cover
This page describes the six-month warranty on qualifying repair work. Refurbished phones sold by the shop also have a six-month warranty, but that is a separate product warranty. Ask about the applicable terms before approving a repair or buying a device.
